Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
By joining the ChefSpot waitlist you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English — no lawyers were harmed.
What joining the waitlist means
- · You're reserving a spot in line — not purchasing anything
- · No payment is collected at signup
- · The $12/mo founding price is offered in good faith but is not a binding contract until you subscribe at launch
Product availability
ChefSpot is pre-launch software. We intend to ship — but we cannot guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, or that the product will be available in your region. If circumstances change materially, we'll tell you directly.
Your responsibilities
- · Provide a real email address you own
- · Don't sign up on behalf of others without their consent
- · Don't use automated scripts to submit the form
Limitation of liability
ChefSpot is provided “as is” during the pre-launch phase. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist or any future product. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you've paid us — which at this stage is zero.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continued use of ChefSpot after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first — please email us before lawyering up.
